Norman is a Registered Psychometrician from the Philippines (August 2016). He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Angeles University Foundation (Philippines) in April 2011 and finished Master of Counseling and Psychotherapy at University of Saint Joseph (Macau) in November 2013. From 2014 to 2016, he was a full-time faculty member of the Psychology Department of Angeles University Foundation where he taught General Psychology, Theories of Personality, Research, and Behavioral Statistics. His research is focused on migration and migrant worker health.
